Our store is over 2000sq ft The biggest in the North-West and is dedicated to martial arts, boxing, fitness and nutrition. We open 7 days a week Monday to Friday from 9:30am -5pm, Saturday 10am - 4pm and Sunday 11am - 3:30pm. Retail and trade are welcome. We have ample free parking at the front and in the overflow car park at Lineva House. The overflow carpark can be found down the side of Lineva House (next to the royal mail depot)
